Dymensium provides advanced volumetric digitalization services using Gaussian Splatting technology, including 3D/4D volumetric production, immersive integration, and creative and technical consulting. Specific terms for each project are agreed upon through individual contracts or proposals.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the website lawfully and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

Use the website for unlawful purposes or to harm third parties.
Attempt to access restricted areas or internal systems without authorization.
Introduce viruses, malware, or malicious code.

5. Deliverables and Client Content

3D/4D assets, volumetric models, and other deliverables created by Dymensium as part of a project are owned by the client as specified in the corresponding contract. Dymensium reserves the right to use excerpts or screenshots for promotional and portfolio purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dymensium shall not be liable for:

Interruptions, errors, or technical failures beyond its control.
Damages resulting from misuse of the website by the user.
Content on third-party websites linked from our website.
Inability to access the website due to force majeure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dymensium's total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for services during the preceding 12 months.
